OVERVIEW

The Bridge Church is a fast growing church in Spring Hill, TN that has grown from 200 to 3000+ since 2011. This growth curve, coupled with our desire to take more ground for the gospel, has created a growing need for high-level organization, task management, and cross-departmental communication.

 

ROLE SUMMARY

The Creative Project Manager’s (“CPM”) role is to implement and oversee systems and organizational practices to enhance the potential and execution of vision, creativity, and production from the Worship & Creative team. The CPM will work directly with the XP of Worship & Creative (“W/C”) and closely with the 

W/C team to execute projects that support The Bridge’s services, events, and projects. They will keep updated metrics and deliver reports to the team so we can continue to grow, iterate, and improve.

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage multiple projects (design, video, writing, website, events, worship) across all phases, including initiation, planning, and execution
  • Create and maintain systematic and organizational processes, including but not limited to timelines, goals, revision history, content delivery
  • Ensure that project timelines are met on time or ahead of schedule
  • Provide excellent “customer service” to everyone we work with, especially by communicating with other departments and staff members about project questions, timelines, expectations, vision, goals, and content delivery
  • Build and develop a volunteer team that can assist with any and all events and Bridge Merch
  • Oversee ordering and delivery process of all merch & print materials to each campus
  • Update weekly metrics and make recommendations to team on where to improve
  • Manage our creative request process so all requests are prioritized and delivered in a timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned

 

SCHEDULE: Sunday - Thursday

HOURS: 45 (must be available for special events & meetings, etc as needed)

COMPENSATION: TBD

STAFF LEVEL: Coordinator: reports to XP of Worship & Creative
