The Bridge Church is a fast growing church in Spring Hill, TN that has grown from 80 to over 2500 since 2008. The Bridge Church is located in a growing community of over 38,000 in the city of Columbia alone. In order to seize opportunity in reaching people with the gospel we have to equip and train leaders to be the difference makers through our groups network.



The Location Assistant will work with the Columbia Pastor to support the location and it’s ministries by implementing and maintaining healthy systems that assist in communications and assimilation.

  • Manage Columbia Pastor’s expense report and calendar and exercise discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Assist the Columbia Pastor on weekly communication to church members
  • Work with the Columbia Pastor in creating, managing and executing a communication plan for Bridge Group leaders
  • Work with Group coaches and leaders to quickly place Bridge attenders into the perfect group through Groups
  • Connect, online forms, connect cards and ITTB
  • Work with the Columbia Pastor to execute Bridge Group events including but not limited to, Groups Connect
  • Sunday, Training, On-campus classes, childcare, etc.
  • Contribute to the planning, organization and execution of baptisms, lead nights, Easter, Christmas and any other campus wide events
  • Work with all ministries to ensure inventory is taken and stocked week to week including Connections, Kids, Students and SWAG
  • Ensure all print materials are printed and organized for Sunday’s and Wednesday’s
  • Assist with ordering food for all location events
  • Keep volunteer rosters and metrics updated
  • Make sure the office is always stocked with necessary items
  • Be available for other duties when asked by the Columbia Pastor

SCHEDULE: Monday - Thursday
HOURS: 29 hours (must be available for Baptism Sunday’s, Groups Connect Sunday’s and special events as needed)

STAFF LEVEL: Admin: reports to the Columbia Pastor
