No More Fatherless Executive Director

Central Operations · Spring Hill, Tennessee
Department Central Operations
Employment Type Full-Time

OVERVIEW

Religion that is near to the heart of God is that which cares for the orphan. As of 2021, it is estimated that there are approximately 153 million orphans worldwide. Because this problem is close to the heart of God, this should also wreck the hearts of believers and compel the local church to action. This is why The Bridge Church launched an internal initiative called No More Fatherless in 2017, challenging our church to do our part in ending physical and spiritual fatherlessness. Since then, numerous churches have reached out to see how they can develop a vibrant adoption culture in their local church. To more effectively multiply the impact of No More Fatherless, we incorporated No More Fatherless into a separate 501c3 nonprofit with a mission to cultivate a culture of adoption and foster care in hundreds of churches across the United States.
