The Bridge Church is a fast-growing church in Middle Tennessee that exists to be a movement for all people to know God, find freedom, discover calling, and make a difference. This mission, coupled with our aim to expand and reach 30,000 people throughout the Middle Tennessee area by 2030, has created a growing need for a Production Director to oversee all production elements for our in-person and online experiences across all locations.


The Production Director is part of the Worship & Production team that seeks to come alongside the vision of our church by facilitating a culture where people leave our Worship Gatherings saying, “Surely God is in this place. This person will work “up” with the Central Production Director to shape team vision & strategy, and work “down” with an expanding team of volunteers and future staff to ensure they are being carried out. This person will be over all production and technical aspects of our church. This person will build, disciple, and equip the team for future ministry, always prioritizing people over the tools needed to get ministry done.

• Responsible for building and leading a world-class volunteer team including recruitment, training, and scheduling all volunteers via Planning Center

• Support, encourage, and coach volunteers through weekly messages, phone calls, and coffee meetings

• Primary Production Specialist at our broadcast location (Spring Hill) each Sunday

• Own the outcome of all AVL & broadcast programming, preparation, and execution

• Ensure all Bridge locations are setup for success from a central Production level

• Schedule and equip all Production volunteers through DVLP gatherings

• Oversee and maintain all Production equipment across all locations

• Support Bridge Students from a central level by maintaining equipment, ProPresenter programming, and developing systems and process that ultimately setup the Student Worship Director for success

• Lead and oversee all Production elements at “The X” student gatherings

• Do whatever it takes to ensure nothing is saved for Sunday

• Carry and guard culture

• Assist Central Production Director with other duties as assigned

SCHEDULE: Sunday - Thursday

HOURS: 45+ (must be available for special events & meetings, etc as needed)


STAFF LEVEL: Director: reports to the Central Production Director
