The Bridge Church is a multisite church in Middle Tennessee that exists to be with Jesus and become like Him for the sake of the world. We are located in one of the fastest growing cities in the US. This growth, coupled with our desire to take more ground for the gospel, has created a growing need for a Creative Project Manager  to run point for all creative needs. 


The Creative Project Manager’s role is to implement and oversee the systems and practices of our creative team to enhance the potential and execution of vision, creativity, and strategy. He/she will work closely with the head of our Worship/Creative team to support The Bridge’s worship gatherings, events, marketing, and departmental needs.

    • Manage multiple team (video, design, photo, web, etc) projects across all phases, including initiation, planning, and execution.
    • Create and maintain systematic and organizational processes for the Creative team, including but not limited to timelines, goals, revision history, and content delivery.
    • Ensure that project timelines are met on time or ahead of schedule.
    • Lead our creative brainstorming, creative project sync, and “save nothing for Sunday” meetings.
    • Develop relationships interdepartmentally and with other departments through collaboration, communication, and focusing on a common goal.
    • Research, develop, and implement strategies for healthy and effective team communications and project management.
    • Provide excellent “customer service” to every team/vendor we work with (communicate about project questions, timelines, expectations, vision, goals, and content delivery).
    • Manage a team of on-staff and contract creatives by building relationships, communicating effectively, and casting clear vision.
    • Coordinate all production for videos shoots.
    • Sustain a great relationship with print vendors and oversee all ordering (merch, handouts, print material, signage, etc.).
    • Maintenance of website and creation of new pages on an as-needed basis.
    • Other duties as assigned.

      SCHEDULE: Sunday - Thursday

      HOURS: 45+ (must be available for special events & meetings, etc as needed)
